One of SEEDA’s key aspirations for Daedalus is to encourage employment, foster innovation and creativity as well as help businesses to grow. To ensure we achieve this, the Project Team is currently working with a number of key agencies and organisations to understand what the needs of the existing local economy are and how development at Daedalus can best support and improve this.
Economic Support Agencies
There are a number of economic support agencies which SEEDA is working with as the proposals emerge to obtain information about demand for different land uses as well as the needs of local businesses. Information about a selection of these is available below.

FAC is a SEEDA funded initiative committed to ensuring the long-term strategic growth of the aerospace and defence sectors.
